This course aims to develop learners' advanced knowledge and understanding of supply chain management theories and concepts that inform strategic decision making and retail logistics. This course aims to further develop learner's analytical skills to be able to identify supply chain problems and implement appropriate operational excellence tools and techniques in various operational contexts.
