To develop students’ abilities to analyse simple and complex information systems, model business and systems requirements, and document logical and physical design solutions by using appropriate methods, techniques, tools and industry standards.

1 Explain system development concepts and principles by detailing how project management, fact-finding techniques, problem-solving methods, and object-oriented analysis are applied using appropriate software tools to meet client or community requirements.
2 Perform feasibility analysis to recommend the optimal solution for a new system to meet client / community requirements.
3 Apply object-oriented design modeling techniques and appropriate software tools to define the physical design specifications for a new system.
