Course Aim

This course aims to develop learners' critical knowledge and understanding of procurement and sourcing theories, concepts, techniques, practices and strategies that inform decision making in supply chain operations. This course aims to further develop learners' critical analytical skills to be able to identify and diagnose sourcing problems and implement appropriate procurement strategies and techniques for various operational contexts.
