Course Aim

This course intends to equip candidates to implement the concepts and critical knowledge of reliability engineering and maintenance management.

The course presents ways in which principles of reliability engineering can be taken into account during design and maintainability applications.   

It presents the concepts of maintenance awareness and measurement, design models and evaluation techniques, design for X and failure analysis tools. Maintenance strategy selection and design will be discussed in detail in order to select the appropriate techniques.
