The course combines creative and design strategies and methods with the core concepts of management, allowing student to implement design management skills in a range of practical contexts. The course promotes students’ understanding of how to develop and foster a culture of creativity and support by providing them with the appropriate tools to manage creative processes and creative teams. The course covers the practice of management and leadership processes to enable students to lead creative solutions and teams within a commercial environment.
