This course aims develop learners' critical knowledge and understanding of supply chain management theories and concepts that inform strategic decisions in global operations. This course aims to further develop learner's critical analytical skills to be able to identify and diagnose supply chain problems and implement appropriate operational excellence tools and techniques in various operational contexts.
