Course Aim |
This course enables learners to critically analyse and synthesize policies and laws of modern international trade agreements focusing on the complexities of bilateral and multilateral arrangements across international, regional, and domestic trading environments. The learner will develop deep insights, knowledge and critical awareness of international treaties, and the role of the World Trade Organization (WTO) in dispute resolution.
