To provide engineering students with advanced manufacturing and fabricating skills in a fully immersive PBL environment for vehicle components such as chassis, suspension system and brake system etc to a specified approved design working in teams, following the engineering workshop health and safety rules and applying project management techniques, engineering ethics and code of conduct for professional engineers both locally and internationally and social and environmental impact of the product.

Solve mechanical design problems involving thick, thin and compound cylinders and brake systems, using analytical and quantitative techniques. |
