Course Aim

This course introduces the UNIX operating system from the point of view of an administrator. It has been designed to help students gain the knowledge and skills needed to install, maintain and configure UNIX systems. It defines the essential duties of a UNIX system administrator. This unit also provides students with skills to scripting to automate repetitive tasks.
