This course aims to provide the future logistics practitioner with a detailed understanding and knowledge of how key international organisations facilitate and regulate international transport

1 Identify and explain the workings of the principal organisations that facilitate international transport
2 Evaluate the role and importance of international transport associations and other relevant technical bodies, together with the rationale for their existence
3 Analyse the effect of these organisations on the international transport industry as a whole
4 Examine the economic, environmental and political context in which international transport operates

  • Pre Requisite: 45 credits at level 6 (courses from the BILM PAD only) + 15 credits of English (or equivalent)
