Course Aim

For executives to effectively lead and manage business, they must guarantee to embrace a skill to negotiate with internal and external parties using excellent approaches and ways that establish or sustains professional relationships and connections, creates value, and can be employed cross-culturally and internationally.

Meanwhile, managers must be able to identify control, manage distinctive types of conflict and ensure to use conflict towards a more beneficial organisational and personal growth. Finally, different types of dispute resolution methodologies are necessary to control conflict.
