Course Aim

Contract management is a progressively diverse and significant organizational competence, and this demands consistency and efficiency in its managerial organisation. The aim of this module is to provide students with clarity and consistency of practice in the laws governing international trade, with a focus on the contracting and contract management process.

2 Apply specialised legal investigative techniques to initiate, manage and lead each stage of the contract lifecycle, using substantial tools and techniques to ensure project success.
3 Critically analyse, evaluate and synthesise the complexities of international law and legal systems, and its in-depth impact on international trade.
4 Use professional level oral and written communication skills, including the ability to develop sound and coherent arguments to present complex ideas relating to contract management.
