Course Code: EN7003
Course Title: Random Signals and Systems
Short Title: Random signals
Course Level:: Level 7
Valid From:: 2021/2022 Sem 1
Credits:: 15
Owner: Engineering Technology
Assessment Method: Achievement
Course Aim

This course provides students with the advanced knowledge of the analysis, design and control methods applied to random signals and random packets arising in communication systems. Students will also gain advanced theoretical and practical skills in  processes that are governed by probabilistic laws, and how stochastic models of such processes can be applied in practice.
